• Only full priced items can be refunded within 8 days for store credit and exchanged within 16 days;
  • All sale items are not refundable. It can be exchanged for a different colour / size or another item of the same value or more within 8 days;
  • We do not refund the original delivery costs and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost;
  • In order to return an item, please log into your online account select your orders and the order you wish to return. Please state in as detailed a possible the reason for the return, and obtain a customer returns reference number. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. The reference number should be included in the parcel being returned. Please post your return back to our headoffice. Please use a secure delivery service, as www.nafyana.com cannot accept responsibility for items not received;
  • Nafyana product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will process the return/exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
